Supply Chain Operations Reference Professional (SCOR‑P)

 

Training Goals

This training provides an in-depth understanding of the latest version of the SCOR model, widely recognized as the global model for supply chain efficiency. It is intended for anyone with responsibilities for improving performance and leading change within a company.

 

For the business

Provide standards from a world-renowned repository to accelerate supply chain transformation projects:

  • Set up action plans to align the 4 Ps: Processes, Practices, training/support/coaching needs of teams (People) and Performance indicators

  • Establish benchmarks to assess the efficiency of the Supply Chain

  • Identify the skills needed and put in place the measures to align its objectives with the resources and capacities of the teams


For the employee

Recognize every stage of the supply chain:

  • Identify the four flows of the supply chain

  • Understanding inventories roles, how to manage them and reduce costs

  • Contribute to the optimization of flows

  • Measure the importance of respecting commitments


Process

Duration

The program of this training is 24 hours which can be divided as follows:

The equivalent of 3 days of training spread over 3 weeks in addition to 3 hours of face-to-face exams to obtain the certification.


Preparation

Training takes place in two stages

  • Individual work of 3 to 7 hours per week on selected documentation

  • Group sessions of 15 participants at most, which meets one day every 4 weeks on average. Led by the facilitator, the group reviews the entire program through presentations, mock exams and reviews

Classes are taught in French only.

 

Certification exam

The exam consists of 105 multiple-choice questions in French, which the candidate must answer within 3 hours. Trencadis services include registration for the exam. Trencadis summons the candidate according to a pre-established examination schedule.


TRAINING

Essentiel du Management des Flux (EMF)

This training helps you better understand the logistics chain with a holistic view of all its stages and flows. The training will allow both the employee and the company to acquire a common language and to recognize all the players in the chain as well as methods and tools for controlling the logistics process.
