Essentiel du Management des Flux (EMF)

 

Training Goals

This training helps you better understand the logistics chain with a holistic view of all its stages and flows. The training will allow both the employee and the company to acquire a common language and to recognize all the players in the chain as well as methods and tools for controlling the logistics process.

 

For the business

  • Acquire a common culture and language recognized internationally

  • Associate collaborators in approaches to improving their supply chain

  • Make all those involved in the logistics chain aware of the methods and tools for controlling the logistics process


For the employee

Recognize all stages of the supply chain:

  • Identify the four flows of the supply chain

  • Understand the role of inventory, how to manage it and reduce its costs

  • Contribute to the optimization of flows

  • Measure the importance of respecting commitments


Process

Duration

The program of this training is 24 hours which can be divided as follows:

The equivalent of 3 days of training spread over 3 weeks in addition to 3 hours of face-to-face exams to obtain the certification.


Preparation

Training takes place in two stages:

  • Individual work of 3 to 7 hours per week on selected documentation

  • Group sessions of 15 participants at most, which meets one day every 4 weeks on average. Led by the facilitator, the group reviews the entire program through presentations, mock exams and reviews

Classes are taught in French only.


Certification exam

The exam consists of 105 multiple-choice questions in French, which the candidate must answer within 3 hours. Trencadis services include registration for the exam. Trencadis summons the candidate according to a pre-established examination schedule.
